E/MAX has unveiled a new loyalty program that rewards agents for staying active and growing their business. The program is centered around the MAXEngage app, a gamified platform that lets agents join challenges, network, and earn points that can be exchanged for real‑world rewards.
Launched at the 2025 RE/MAX R4 convention, MAXEngage is the first global real‑estate franchisor to offer a dedicated loyalty and rewards app. “This exclusive tool gives our agents a competitive edge and supports business growth while reinforcing our commitment to excellence in real estate,” said Travis Saxton, EVP of strategy at RE/MAX Holdings.
In the app, agents tackle socially driven challenges that tap into RE/MAX resources and encourage them to amplify their presence. The initial challenges focus on digital success—using the refreshed RE/MAX logo and creating engaging social‑media content. Future challenges will cover completing education courses, crafting compelling listing presentations, sharing referrals, and more. Each completed task earns points and badges that translate into tangible rewards. U.S. and Canadian users can redeem rewards now, with global availability coming soon.
Agents can monitor their own progress and compare themselves against peers on a global leaderboard. MAXEngage is open to the entire RE/MAX network of over 145,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. The app currently supports English and Spanish, with French, Chinese, Portuguese, and Arabic slated for release.
Beyond challenges, MAXEngage serves as a digital hub where agents can chat in a community forum, exchange ideas, learn tech tips, and stay informed about upcoming training opportunities. The platform is designed to foster meaningful connections and inspire best practices across the network.
Early adopters are already praising the app. Jason Rains of RE/MAX Elite Realtors in Missouri said, “MAXEngage removes the guesswork from social media posting and lets agents engage confidently.” Aimee Lee Lucas of RE/MAX Preferred Properties in Tennessee added, “The new app energizes our marketing efforts and raises the bar for the entire brand.”
Agents can download MAXEngage from the Apple and Android app stores or access a web version through MAXCenter. The program is set to transform how RE/MAX affiliates build their businesses, network, and celebrate success.
