t the recent L’Attitude conference hosted by the National Association for Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), AI expert Ron O’Neil showcased innovative AI use cases for real estate agents using advanced tech tools. O’Neil is a seasoned AI expert with experience in real estate, having overseen operations in over a dozen real estate offices for more than eight years. He is also a beta tester of ChatGPT since 2020.

During his presentation, O’Neil highlighted several AI use cases that agents might be familiar with but emphasized that they should keep up with recent advancements in AI technology to stay ahead of the curve. Here are some of these AI use cases:

    1. AI as a social media expert: AI can now generate multiple types of outputs based on a single prompt. This includes creating captions, emojis, hashtags, and images. The AI has also made significant improvements in spelling accuracy in just the last few days, making it a viable tool for generating whole social campaigns that are more attuned to the audience's preferences, goals, and tone.

    2. AI avatars: These advanced AI avatars are so realistic they can be mistaken for real people. They can be dressed in different settings and backgrounds to suit various purposes, from casual settings to professional ones. The movements are so natural and realistic they mimic human inflections and nuances in speech. Companies like HeyGen can turn text into professional video voiceovers or create entire scripts based on your prompts.

    3. AI promotional videos: AI can now create full-length videos from text prompts, thanks to advancements in AI technology like SORA by OpenAI. Companies like Invideo AI can combine with SORA to create complete videos with captions, voiceovers, and more. The AI creates a script based on your prompts, uses your voice or any video footage/graphics you have, adds b-roll footage, and creates a promotional video in seconds.

    4. AI song generator for property listings: AI song generators can create songs based on your property listings, offering over 1,200 genres to choose from. This use case was particularly popular among agents in O’Neil’s session.

    5. AI translator: This AI application can translate your social post, video, song, or any other content into 120 different languages. The inflections, accents, rhythms, eye movements, and lip movements all change on cue, making it a versatile tool for real estate agents looking to reach a wider audience.

In conclusion, AI technology has made significant strides in recent years, offering real estate agents a wealth of new tools to enhance their work. By staying up-to-date with these advancements, agents can stay ahead of the curve and provide better service to their clients.
