Adler Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm, purchased an industrial property near Centennial Airport for $60.73 million from KW Fund VI Arapahoe I LLC and KW Fund VI Arapahoe II LLC.
UMA Lakewood LLC bought a 112-room Best Western at 3440 S. Vance St. in Lakewood for $7.2 million from Jefferson Hospitality LTD RLLLP, with plans to invest $1.5 million into renovations. Simon Assaf and Hunter Davis of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services brokered the deal.
Malman Real Estate reports a fully leased industrial property at 1250 Simms St. in Lakewood was sold for $7.25 million from 1250 Simms LLC to 1250 Simms St LLC and 1250 Simms St JP LLC, with Jake Malman representing the seller and Paul Cattin of Platinum CRE representing the buyer.
Lee & Associates reports Lighthouse Building Corp. purchased 1151 W. Mineral Ave. in Littleton for $3.4 million from Highlands Properties 1823 LLC, with Matt Burgner representing the seller and Kathryn Hummer of Kin Commercial involved in the deal.
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports Monarch LLC bought a 17-unit apartment building at 3305 S. Clarkson St. in Englewood for $2.8 million from Sprucewood LLC, with Robert Lawson representing the seller and Chris Knowlton representing the buyer.
Lincoln Property Co. reports several lease deals, including VTX OE Denver leasing 6,478 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield, PCL Construction leasing 3,418 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver, and Integral Truck leasing 2,500 square feet at 6901 W. 117th Ave. in Broomfield.
Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reports Iglesia de Dios Ministerial de Jesuscristo International leased 3,800 square feet at 16758 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora, with Louis Lee representing the landlord and Camila Maldonado of Keller Williams representing the tenant.
Deals from deeds include VAG TGCO RE LLC purchasing 4909-4959 S. Broadway in Englewood for $3.78 million from Leisy Enterprises LLC.
