ighbar Physical Therapy is expanding its presence in Massachusetts with a new 3,000-square-foot clinic on North Road in Sudbury. This marks the company's northernmost location, joining 25 existing facilities throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

    Founded over 20 years ago in Rhode Island, Highbar offers personalized holistic care to individuals of all ages, focusing on pain reduction, improved function, and prevention of physical limitations. The new clinic is a strategic move for the company, allowing it to reach more patients in the greater Boston area.

    Located off Route 117 in north Sudbury, Cummings Properties' North Road business campus provides stunning views of Davis Farm Conservation Land and easy access to walking and cycling trails. Nearby amenities include shopping, dining options, and convenient routes such as 2, I-95, and I-495.

    Highbar's new neighbors on North Road include wellness practitioners Dr. Becky Lansky, DO, Restore Wellness Center, Sudbury Dental, and Sudbury Neurology. Cummings leasing director Steve Cusano facilitated the deal with Highbar representatives Thomas Costello and Hayes & Sherry of Cushman & Wakefield.
