    Personal property taxes will now be sent to:

    Real estate and business personal property taxes will be directed to:

    City of Richmond Department of Finance

    PO Box 70622

    Philadelphia, PA 19176-0622

    Utility payments will be processed through:

    City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities

    PO Box 70621

    Philadelphia, PA 19176-0621

    Residents and businesses are advised to update their records with the new mailing addresses at their financial institutions by June 30, 2025. Failure to do so may result in delayed payments.
