AI Parsons Commercial Group Boston has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the Riverwalk Innovation District, a 3.6 million square foot mixed-use campus in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The property is owned and operated by The Lupoli Companies, a leading commercial developer in New England known for revitalizing communities through large-scale developments.

    The NAI Parsons team, led by Matt Quinlan, Managing Director of Brokerage, will represent the Lupoli Companies in all commercial leasing efforts at Riverwalk. The campus offers ±500 to 70,000 square feet of available space, with up to 700,000 square feet of build-to-suit opportunities.
