The 2,800-square-foot home, located at 2517 Mar East Street, boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms across its expansive property. Redford, known for films like "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and "The Horse Whisperer," purchased the brown shake cottage in 2020 for $3.1 million.

    The property offers breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay from Keil Cove to Angel Island and beyond. It features a large family room, two-car garage, front garden, patio, and expansive decks facing south and east. Some artwork created by Redford and his wife, artist Sibylle Szaggars Redford, can be negotiated separately.

    Tiburon's residential market has softened due to rising interest rates, but it remains highly desirable. The median sale price in October reached $2.7 million, a 6.4 percent increase from the previous year.
