I
n a vibrant display of community spirit, the Rockford Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce joined forces with local residents and business owners to unveil Plaza Comercial, a thriving hub at 4040 Charles St. This innovative venture brings together six complementary businesses under one roof, catering specifically to the needs of Hispanic residents in the area.

Airel Hermosillo, owner of Smart Home Reality and the building's proprietor, envisions a "one-stop shop" where locals can access a range of services in a single location. With his $100,000 investment in renovations, Hermosillo has transformed the space into a dynamic real estate hub featuring Smart Home Realty, American Family Insurance, Dropout Media, Neighborhood Loans, Smart Choice Title, and Pillar to Post Home Inspections.

As Sully Cadengo, Founding President of RRHCC, noted, this collaborative effort will not only strengthen relationships among businesses but also drive referrals and contribute to the growth of Rockford's Hispanic business community. The simultaneous grand opening of Indigo Beauty at 109 N. Alpine Road on Saturday is expected to further amplify this impact.
