ussian supermodel Irina Shayk has reduced the price of her West Village home by $1 million. The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom corner residence at 166 Perry St. is now asking $3.29 million, down from its original listing price of $4.2 million in June.
Shayk purchased the first-floor duplex for $1.96 million in 2010 while dating soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. The couple's daughter Lea was born in 2017, but they ended their relationship two years later.
The 2,450-square-foot spread features an open kitchen/dining area, a main bedroom with a spa-like bath and walk-in closet, and 11-plus-foot ceilings. Design details include wide-plank oak floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and radiant heated floors in the bathroom.
Downstairs leads to a windowless basement level with an entertainment room, a nanny's room, and a half bath. The home also boasts high-tech features such as lighting, power shades, a security system, and a smart thermostat.
The eight-story glass building was designed by Asymptote Architecture and built in 2008. It offers a gym, storage options, and a roof terrace with skyline and Hudson River views. The listing brokers are Elliot Bogod and Alexander Bogod of Broadway Realty.
