Russian Supermodel Irina Shayk Offloads NYC Condo After Price Cuts

West Village duplex sold to new owner after lengthy wait.

R
ussian supermodel Irina Shayk has parted ways with her West Village condo, selling the sleek 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence for $3.25 million after a series of price reductions.

The chic abode, which boasts 11-foot ceilings and wide-plank oak floors, was first listed for $4.2 million last June before receiving a significant $1 million discount in December. Compass took over the listing earlier this year, with the final recorded price on Zillow being $3.19 million in March.

Shayk, who shares a daughter with actor Bradley Cooper, initially tried to sell the home nearly a decade ago for nearly $4 million in 2015. The sale may be connected to her recent purchase of a two-bedroom condo at 150 Charles St. for $6 million in 2016, where she joins other high-profile residents like Ben Stiller and Jon Bon Jovi.

The buyer of Shayk's longtime Perry Street pad is a trust linked to the daughter of Michael Ashner, head of a prominent property management and real estate investment firm. The 19-unit glass building at 166 Perry St., built in 2008, offers luxurious amenities including a 24-hour doorman and rooftop terrace with stunning city skyline and Hudson River views.

Shayk purchased the Perry Street duplex for $1.96 million in 2010, during her high-profile romance with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. The sale marks another significant transaction in the West Village's luxury market, where prices continue to soar.
