Sacramento real estate mogul is facing a fourth civil lawsuit in six months, this one alleging sexual assault. Ethan Conrad's business dealings have been marred by allegations of sex-related misconduct, including battery and harassment.
One woman claims she met Conrad for dinner in 2011, where he allegedly drugged her champagne before taking her to his home and committing rape. The two had done business together since 2008, according to court documents.
Conrad's attorney is dismissing the lawsuit as "legally meritless" and "frivolous," stating that it will be swiftly dismissed in court. Conrad has not been charged with any crimes, but has filed counterclaims in two previous lawsuits accusing the women of targeting him for his wealth.
