Sadness in Miami: Brandon Miller's Widow Finds New Home in Continuum South Beach

Candice Miller, an influencer, recently moved to Miami Beach after her husband's death. She's now living in a condo owned by a member of the von Fürstenberg family.

C
andice Miller has recently relocated to Miami Beach following the tragic loss of her husband, Brandon Miller, who passed away on July 3 due to suicide. Records show that she has listed her new address in a bond petition filed in New York in mid-August. Candice is currently residing at the Continuum South Beach located at 50 South Pointe Drive.

Brandon Miller had inherited Real Estate Equities Corporation from his late father and was facing significant debts at the time of his passing. As a result, Candice Miller has filed a petition in New York County surrogate’s court to be appointed as the administrator of his estate.

Page Six recently reported that Candice's move to Miami was financially supported by her friends. A source close to the situation shared that despite being blindsided by Brandon's death, Candice has received substantial support from her friends and family who are helping her both emotionally and financially.

The purchase of Candice's three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom condo was made possible by a trust tied to Alexander von Fürstenberg, who paid $10 million for the unit last year. Alexander is the son of renowned fashion designers Diane von Fürstenberg and Prince Egon von Fürstenberg.

Diane von Fürstenberg is now married to billionaire media mogul Barry Diller, who recently acquired a waterfront home lot in Miami Beach for a record $45 million. Candice is also friends with Alexander's wife, Alison von Fürstenberg, who is known as the model Ali Kay. In 2017, the couple hosted the West Coast launch party for Candice's sister Jenna Crespi's Mama and Tata blog at their Beverly Hills home.

There were rumors suggesting that Candice would be moving closer to Palm Beach, where Crespi and her husband paid $25 million for a mansion earlier this year. However, this move never materialized.

Less than three weeks after Brandon's suicide, their bridge lender Titan Capital sued Candice over missed mortgage payments on their Water Mill estate in New York. The property is now on the market for $15.5 million.
