A
planned ax-throwing venue has fallen through for downtown San Jose, leaving the door open for a new restaurant to take over the space.
The Paseo development, located at 201 S. Second St., is a mixed-use project spanning 100,000 square feet, with 75,000 square feet dedicated to offices and 25,000 square feet reserved for restaurants and retail. The site features an outdoor garden terrace area.
With the ax-throwing venue no longer in the picture, restaurateurs are eyeing the vacant space as a potential opportunity to establish themselves in downtown San Jose.
