n North San Jose, a 7‑acre business park at 780 Montague Expressway was purchased by Kayne Anderson Real Estate for $30 million, per Santa Clara County filings on Dec. 11. The Los Angeles‑based firm, with branches in Florida, Texas, New York, Chicago and London, acquired the property through an affiliate. Pacific Realty Associates sold the 95,000‑sq‑ft complex, which sits near I‑880, to the buyer. The park houses seven buildings occupied by a mix of small businesses and tech firms. Kayne Anderson, active since 2007, focuses on medical offices, upscale senior housing, student/multifamily housing and self‑storage.
