anborn Head & Associates, Inc. has announced leadership changes effective January 2025. The company congratulates its new executive leaders on their commitment to collective success and cultural values.
Jennifer Sanborn and Carolyn Silverthorn will join the Executive Committee, bringing expertise in talent management and finance. They will work alongside President/CEO Barret Cole, Senior Vice President of Client Services Dori Ross, and Executive Vice President/COO Matt Poirier.
Julie Scott will lead the Industrial market team, succeeding Russ Abell who is transitioning to focus on project work for clients. Heather James was elected to Sanborn Head's Board of Directors for a three-year term as an internal director, while Tricia Pinto returns to the board after previously serving from 2013-2017.
John Marczewski was re-elected to the Board of Directors as an external director. The new board members join current chair Charlie Head and other directors in shaping the company's direction.
Sanborn Head also announced that seven senior leaders became shareholders at the end of 2024, including Mike Abberton, Doug Barbosa, Rebecca Bentley, Laura Garvey, Sean Murphy, Julie Scott, and Carolyn Silverthorn. As shareholders, they have committed to upholding Sanborn Head's Ownership Philosophy, prioritizing stewardship and long-term value creation for the company and its stakeholders.
