Grove Heights Home Tops Week's Sales with $1,915,000 Price Tag.

Grove Heights home led all transactions this week with a sale price of $1,915,000. Raymond and Debbie Mays sold their property at 1827 Grove St. to Stephen Kaufmann for the top amount. The three-bedroom, two-bath house built in 2001 features a pool and 2,079 square feet of living area.

    A Sarasota One Hundred Central condominium unit also changed hands for $1,475,000. Teresa Bibas sold Unit D-507 at 100 Central Ave. to Thomas Ghezzi and Susan Guarino-Ghezzi. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo built in 2005 has 2,273 square feet of living area.

    Turners saw a sale for $1,385,000 when Susan Elaine Woodward and Christopher Woodward sold their home at 2585 Hyde Park St. to Charles Frank Todaro. The three-bedroom, three-bath house built in 2020 features a pool and 2,252 square feet of living area.
