home on Bay Island topped this week's real estate transactions with a sale price of $5 million. Robert and Sarah Stern sold their four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home at 931 Norsota Way to Billy Pullman from Sarasota for the record-breaking amount.
In Sarasota, PFI 21 Development LLC sold two properties at 4526 Bay Shore Road to Hugh and Anne Fiore for $3.3 million. The first property was a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home built in 2023 with 3,167 square feet of living area. The second property was a one-bedroom, one-bath unit built in 2023 with 442 square feet.
Jefforie and Judilyn Kvilhaug sold their nine-bedroom, four-bath home at 1680 Oak St. to William John Gamble IV and Liebe Anne Smith for $2.6 million. The home was built in 2022 and has 2,942 square feet of living area.
In Siesta Key, Craig Lemieux and Dianne Lemieux sold their three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home at 4866 Commonwealth Drive to Richard Brennan for $2.7 million. The home was built in 2019 and has 2,973 square feet of living area.

* A Unit 715 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. sold to Elena Paul and Joseph McDonald for $1,975,000.
In Osprey, Ronald and Julie Milton sold their three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home at 219 Saint James Park to Colin David Temple and Roma Temple for $1.28 million. The home was built in 1988 and has 2,813 square feet of living area.
