In Sarasota's Paradise Shores, Jeffrey and Nikki Sedacca sold two properties at 1547 Sandpiper Lane to Michael Kaiser and John Spencer Roberts from Sarasota for $3,775,000. The first property, built in 2002, has two bedrooms, a pool, and 2,828 square feet of living area. The second property, also built in 2002, features one bedroom and 308 square feet of living area.
TDI Coastal Homes LLC sold the home at 1912 Wisteria St. to Sean and Kelly Finelli from Sarasota for $2.65 million. Built in 2023, this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath property boasts a pool and 3,765 square feet of living area.
