Condominium in BLVD Sarasota leads week's sales at $4 million.

At the top of the list was a $4 million condominium sale on BLVD Sarasota, where Ronald and Odile Sarti acquired Unit 1102 from Peter and Judith Wasserman for a whopping $4 million. This sleek three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath property boasts an impressive 3,962 square feet of living area.

    In another notable transaction, Mark Miller and Juliette Palarea purchased two historic properties at SarasotaBaypoint Park from Dyer Seymour Wadsworth and Beverly Wadsworth for a combined $3.3 million. The first property, built in 1925, features five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a pool, while the second property, also built in 1925, has one bedroom and one bath.

    * Isabel Norton, trustee, selling two properties at Ridgewood to Fletcher and Laura Rush for $2,175,000.

    * Martin and Connie Schlam selling their home at Floyd and Cameron to Kevin and Cassidy Lyons for $1,875,000.

    * Christopher James Sesslar, trustee, selling Units A507 and A508 condominiums at The Strand of Sarasota to Donald Leslie Salvage and Evelyn Louise Salvage for $1.15 million.

    In the Siesta Key area, Robert Hough sold his Unit 301 condominium at Dolphin Bay to Jean Wooster, trustee, for $1.47 million. Kevin Lynch and Janella Matter sold their Unit 53 condominium at Somerset Cay to Mary Elizabeth Heroux for $1.3 million.

    Additional sales include:

    * Steve Barnhardt selling his home at Golfview to Kristin Brianna Orozco Manninen for $730,000.

    * Stephen Fisher, trustee, selling the home at Greenbriar Homes to Reuben Miller for $606,400.

    * HOF Series 2302 LLC selling the home at Weslo Willows to JMA 2000 LLC for $600,000.
