Lynda Fernandez joins LVR in January; Charles F. Hunt takes helm of century‑old family firm with billions in sales.

L
as Vegas Realtors (LVR) has named Lynda Fernandez as its new CEO, effective January. Fernandez, who has led the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors since September 2023 and previously served as CEO of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, brings 16 years of executive experience from the Miami Association of Realtors. She was chosen after a thorough search to replace former CEO Wendy DiVecchio, whose tenure ended amid allegations of election tampering. LVR president George Kypreos praised Fernandez’s track record of revenue growth, member value, and communication skills, and said the board trusts her vision to steer the association into a new era. The appointment follows a series of scandals in 2024 and the early‑2025 resignation of two leaders, prompting LVR to overhaul its culture and appoint qualified, values‑aligned leaders.
