enny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) brokered three retail leases totaling over 5,300 square feet at Heights Crossing in Darien. The new tenants include Pvolve, a fitness studio that combines functional movements with low-impact exercises to build strength and mobility without stressing joints.

    Pvolve plans to open its first Connecticut location this August, offering a unique approach to fitness. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, a children's hair salon franchise, will also join the Heights Crossing community, marking their fourth Connecticut shop.

    Raphaël's Bakery, a popular French bakery from Greenwich, is expanding with a second location at Heights Crossing. Founded by Charlotte and Raphaël Dequeker and their sons in 2020, the bakery offers a wide range of baked goods, pastries, coffee, and sandwiches.

    Peter Levine of Charter Realty represented the developer, 346 Heights LLC, in these transactions.
