After four years in exile, Scott Rudin is making a comeback to Broadway with two new productions: Samuel D. Hunter's Little Bear Ridge Road this fall and Dan Hare's Montauk next spring. He's also relocating to the North Fork.

During his time away from Hollywood and Broadway, Rudin has been busy sorting out his real-estate portfolio. In 2021, he sold his San Remo co-op for $13.1 million after allegations of abuse surfaced in The Hollywood Reporter. Last year, he sold his West Village townhouse for just under $20 million, a significant drop from its original $26 million listing price.

Rudin has also parted ways with his East Hampton weekend home and reportedly sold a substantial art collection. He's now preparing to move to the North Fork, where he can focus on local wine and potentially join the North Fork Arts Center.
