Sean Hannity Buys $23.5M Florida Mansion After Leaving NYC

Sean Hannity becomes newest resident in affluent Manalapan, Florida.

S
ean Hannity has made Florida his new home, just a year after announcing he was leaving New York. The Fox News star purchased a luxurious waterfront property in Manalapan, Palm Beach County, for $23.5 million.

The 12,000-square-foot residence boasts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, set on nearly two acres of land. Built in 1990, the estate features an impressive array of amenities, including a pool, dock with seawall, balcony, roof-level observation terrace, fireplace, bar, wine room, and elevator.

The property initially listed for $29 million in February before being relisted at $25.95 million in October. Local real estate agents note that while the home is in good condition, some buyers might consider it a teardown due to its age.

Hannity's new Florida home offers stunning water views from almost every angle, with massive windows and a kitchen featuring eat-in space and ample storage. The property also features an outdoor lounging area, perfect for taking in the Florida sunshine.

In related news, Hannity recently sold his Long Island home for $12.7 million to a fan who purchased it in cash just months after listing it for $13.75 million.
