S
igma Computing has leased 64,000 square feet at One Madison Avenue, a prime office tower in Manhattan. This deal brings the building's occupancy to 78%, with Sigma joining other tech tenants like IBM and Coinbase. The company is relocating from its previous office space at Zero Irving, where it signed a five-year lease in 2022.

One Madison Avenue has undergone a $2.3 billion redevelopment, completed in 2023, which added amenities such as an event space, rooftop garden, and tenant lounge. The building's landlord, SL Green, acquired the property in 2005 for $918 million.

Sigma Computing is one of several big tech companies signing sizable leases in Manhattan. Other recent deals include OpenAI's 90,000-square-foot lease at Kushner's Puck Building and Chime's 84,000-square-foot space at Bromley Companies' 122 Fifth Avenue. The asking rent for Sigma's lease was $115 per square foot, with Newmark's Brent Ozarowski representing the company in the deal.
