kanska has appointed Cassandra Campbell as Supplier Diversity Manager, based out of its Boston office. Campbell brings a strong background in compliance, contractual analysis, and business administration, along with a deep commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
As Supplier Diversity Manager, Campbell will develop and manage regional offices' supplier diversity strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities for diverse subcontractors, and lead Diverse Business events. She will also represent Skanska in the Diverse Business community and educate employees on the company's Supplier Diversity program.
"We're thrilled to have Cassandra join our team," said Bryan Northrop, executive vice president of Skanska USA Building's New England region. "Her experience at Massport will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen community relationships and develop inclusive practices."
Campbell joins Skanska from the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), where she spent 27 years in various roles, including Senior Program Administrator for M/WBE & DBE Construction. In this role, she promoted the success of small diverse businesses and developed data analysis methods to enhance business diversity initiatives.
"I'm excited to contribute my expertise to Skanska's supplier diversity efforts," said Campbell. "Skanska is known for creating opportunities for small diverse businesses, and I look forward to advancing these efforts across New England."
Campbell holds a B.A in Business Management and Masters in Business Administration from Curry College, as well as an A.S in Criminal Justice from Quincy College.
