Miami plastic surgery center owner paid $34 million for a Golden Beach oceanfront estate, making it the second most expensive home sale in the area. The property, located at 263 Ocean Boulevard, was sold by Samuel Ohev-Zion and his ex-wife Michelle Bittman, who purchased it in 2015 for $11 million. The mansion, built in 2019, boasts 13 bathrooms, a large pool, and a rooftop terrace.
The buyer, Daniel Gonzalez, is the CEO of Glamorous Life Cosmetic Surgery and plans to live in the home after a recent $1 million renovation. Nelson Gonzalez, who represented both the seller and buyer, notes that this modern, move-in-ready property stands out among Golden Beach's older homes, with most others being teardowns.
This sale marks Daniel Gonzalez's third oceanfront purchase in Golden Beach, following his 2021 acquisition of 101 Ocean Boulevard for $6.1 million and a 2022 purchase of 469 Ocean Boulevard for $19 million. The area is known for its high-end properties, with the most expensive listing currently belonging to Shaya Prager at $68 million.
