outh Florida's residential market saw a flurry of activity as notable figures bought and sold homes across the tri-county region. Deals ranged from $7.8 million to $10 million, spanning from Southwest Ranches to Juno Beach.
In Southwest Ranches, former NBA point guard John Wall purchased a mansion for $9.8 million at 16745 Berkshire Court from Ernesto and Michelle Martinez. The 9,600-square-foot estate features seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a sport court, built on 2.3 acres in 2008.
Meanwhile, the heirs of real estate investor Alerio Cardinale sold their family's longtime home in Palm Beach for $7.9 million in an off-market deal to Gary Smith. The 2,700-square-foot house at 235 Ocean Terrace has four bedrooms and a pool, built on a quarter acre in 1956.
In Juno Beach, German music producer Dirk Ulrich sold his oceanfront home for $10 million to Marta Gutierrez. Ulrich had purchased the 3,800-square-foot property for $8 million in 2022 and renovated it before listing it for $13 million earlier this year.
