acob Batalon, known for his roles in "Reginald the Vampire" and Marvel's Spider-Man films, is expanding his NYC footprint. The actor was spotted house hunting with fiancée Veronica Leahov, an interior designer, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

    They eyed a $2.45 million penthouse at the Huron, a new waterfront tower designed by Morris Adjmi. Batalon already lives in Brooklyn and wanted to move to a water-facing property. The unit features an open layout with massive windows, high ceilings, and wide-plank oak floors.

    The two-bedroom, two-bath dwelling boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with East River and Manhattan skyline views from its 96-square-foot balcony. A main bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath. The building offers 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a 50-foot indoor saltwater pool, a gym, and a mirrored dance studio.

    Residents can also access a residents' lounge, formal dining room, co-working space, game room, children's playroom, waterfront promenade, private park, and two rooftop lounge areas. The listing brokers are Kayla Lee and Lancelot Watson-Taffe of Serhant.
