RS Real Estate Partners Expands Retail Services in Washington, D.C.
Dallas, TX - SRS Real Estate Partners is strengthening its retail presence in Washington, D.C. by welcoming a seasoned team led by Arris Noble, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran with extensive experience in restaurants and retail. Joined by Rachel Callender, the duo will focus on retail leasing for both landlords and tenants, complementing the firm's strong capital markets division.
"This expansion is a significant milestone in our commitment to strategic growth," said SRS President Garrett Colburn. "Arris and Rachel's expertise will enhance our investment sales capabilities and solidify SRS as a comprehensive advisory in the region."
Noble joins SRS as Managing Principal, bringing his experience in introducing innovative restaurant concepts to D.C.'s most sought-after neighborhoods. He has represented Michelin-starred restaurants, health and wellness businesses, financial institutions, and big box retailers, and led merchandising strategies for significant retail developments.
"SRS's collaborative culture and reputation for excellence make it an ideal partner," said Noble. "I'm excited to build a strong retail leasing presence with Andrew Fallon and his team."
Callender joins SRS as Vice President, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation across the Mid-Atlantic region. She previously supported regional rollouts for prominent brands and collaborated on innovative urban and suburban retail developments.
"The addition of Arris and Rachel is an exciting development for SRS," said Andrew Fallon, Managing Principal of SRS Capital Markets. "Their expertise provides new services for our clients and immediate collaboration with our capital markets advisors."
