If you’re not keeping up with modern trends and technology, you disappear,” she explains. Instead of retreating, she embraced the challenge, teaching herself digital marketing, lead generation, and branding through podcasts, conferences, and countless hours of self‑study. What began as traditional client service blossomed into a brand that blends professionalism with personality, powered by forward‑thinking strategies.

    From social media campaigns to AI‑driven client‑management tools, Caito has consistently stayed ahead. “The bar to entry in real estate is low, but the bar to success is incredibly high,” she notes. “No one handed me anything. When her daughter was just ten days old, she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, a chronic lung disease that reshaped Caito’s life and mission. Together with her husband, she founded a family foundation and launched the Cure for CF Golf Classic, an annual tournament to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. “Our first year, we raised a significant amount,” she recalls. The event has since become a beloved community staple, selling out each year and, in 2025, earning the Passion Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Washington DC Chapter for extraordinary commitment. “It’s like my other full‑time job,” she admits. “But it’s worth every hour. There’s no cure yet, so every dollar raised brings us closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.”

    Caito’s journey is one of resilience and reinvention, proving that success hinges on the courage to evolve. She wears many hats—realtor, community builder, innovator, philanthropist, and, most importantly, a voice of hope for families like her own. “I probably work more now than I ever have,” she confesses. “But there’s a sense of pride and identity in what I do.
