Following a chalk‑message dispute, the Millers are putting their Arlington home on the market. Asking $3.75 million.

Stephen Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff, has listed his Country Club Hills residence—just north of Chain Bridge—for $3.75 million. The sale, reported by ARLnow, comes a month after activists sprayed chalk slogans on the sidewalk outside, accusing Miller of “destroying democracy” and criticizing his immigration stance. Arlington Neighbors United for Humanity posted on Instagram that the demonstration was a way to voice concerns about harm to vulnerable neighbors. Katie Miller, who left a role with Elon Musk to launch a podcast, fired back on Twitter, calling the “Tolerant Left” intimidation a threat to her family.
The Millers bought the newly built six‑bedroom, six‑half‑bath home from CR Custom Homes in 2023 for $2.875 million. The deed lists the buyer as Dogwood 2023, a Delaware LLC. Features include white oak flooring, a black‑leathered marble island, Carrara marble countertops, a butler’s pantry, a primary suite with a walk‑in dressing room and custom shelving, and a two‑car garage. Daniel Heider of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
Miller’s former CityCenter condo, listed in 2020, finally sold in 2023 for $1 million. The DC housing market is cooling amid a federal shutdown and National Guard deployment, Bright MLS notes, warning that extended shutdowns and potential federal staff layoffs could further depress the region’s economy and real‑estate activity.
