tephens Real Estate has been named the top firm in the Greater Iron Mountain Area Multiple Listing Service for 2024 by the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, marking its 16th consecutive year in this position. This achievement comes after a record-breaking year with $100 million in sales volume and 566 closed transactions.

    The company's success places it second among all 73 firms across the Upper Peninsula. The Iron Mountain office contributed significantly to the sales figures, generating $71 million. Additionally, offices acquired from Wild Rivers Realty & Associates Inc. in Iron River and Florence, Wis., also made substantial contributions.
