hilip Brault has been appointed General Manager of Suffolk's Mid-Atlantic Region and National Federal Center of Excellence. He will oversee daily operations and drive growth in the region, capitalizing on the significant demand for federal facility modernization.
The federal government sector is experiencing rapid expansion, with a strong need for infrastructure upgrades across various agencies. Brault's expertise will be crucial in helping Suffolk capitalize on this trend and establish new standards for operational excellence.

Brault brings over 20 years of experience managing complex projects, including significant federal, education, and cultural projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. His portfolio includes notable projects such as the Lincoln Memorial Undercroft and Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum Revitalization.
In addition to his professional achievements, Brault has been involved in community initiatives, serving on boards and committees focused on preservation, climate action, and historic project review. He is also a Trustee with the Federal City Council, where he helped launch the DC Builds DC program to connect local residents with construction industry careers.
Suffolk's growth across its Centers of Excellence continues, with notable projects including Terminal E at Boston Logan International Airport and UMass Amherst's P3 Student Housing.
