ylvester Stallone has finalized the purchase of an exquisite Hamptons home for his daughters, reportedly paying around $25 million in cash. The "Rocky" legend had signed a contract and deposited a significant sum before even seeing the property in person, having relied on FaceTime tours until recently.
The eight-bedroom, 11,644-square-foot mansion is located in East Hampton and was developed by interior designer James Michael Howard. It features turn-key ready furnishings, including pricey antiques, custom pieces, art, and finishes. The home boasts a serene pool escape, ample space for outdoor entertaining, and a stunning formal dining room.
Stallone's three daughters - Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet - are thrilled about the purchase, with two of them already living on the East Coast. The actor, 78, and his wife Jennifer Flavin, 56, who reside in a $35 million Palm Beach mansion as empty nesters, also plan to spend time at the Hamptons home.
The property's unique features include arched doorways, coffered ceilings, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace. Amenities include a screening room, gaming room, pool house, and radiant heated floors. The sale price of $24.95 million is a record for the non-oceanfront neighborhood, according to sources.
