Tarek El Moussa Reveals $675K Monthly Real Estate Earnings from Flips and Wholesale Deals

T
arek El Moussa's real estate empire is a force to be reckoned with. On the "Trading Secrets" podcast, he dished out some impressive numbers: in Southern California alone, his team averages 15 transactions per month, raking in an average profit of $45,000 per deal.

That translates to a whopping $675,000 every month – and it's not just a one-time windfall. El Moussa has been in the game since 2010, closing over 1,000 deals (flips and wholesales) along the way. His team is lean but mean, with just four members, including his lead salesperson.

The HGTV star credits their success to being "super hyper-focused" and working together like a well-oiled machine. In fact, they've doubled their income from last year, thanks in part to El Moussa's keen eye for opportunity.

Speaking of which, the real estate mogul has set his sights on Northwest Arkansas, predicting a boom in the region. He cites Walmart's decision to base its corporate campus in Bentonville as a major factor, saying it will bring stability and growth to the area.

El Moussa's not just investing in real estate – he's also starring in his own solo renovation series, Flipping 101, which premiered its third season earlier this month. The show follows inexperienced flippers putting their life savings on the line, often with chaotic results.

As El Moussa puts it, "It's a wild season" – but one that's full of high-stakes drama and potential for big rewards. New episodes air Thursdays on HGTV at 9 p.m. ET.
