Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Eye Ohio Mansion Purchase

Sources claim pop star and Kansas City Chiefs tight end toured two estates in Northeast Ohio's exclusive areas.

R
umors are swirling that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may be looking for a new home, but this time it's not in New York, Nashville, or Beverly Hills. Cleveland is reportedly on their radar.

According to Cleveland Scene, the couple visited Northeast Ohio's Eastside suburbs over the summer, touring at least two opulent homes currently for sale. While they were spotted lunching at JoJo's Bar in Chagrin Falls, sources say the trip may have been more than just a casual visit.

This wouldn't be a surprise, as back in January, Us Weekly reported that Swift and Kelce had discussed purchasing a home together, possibly in Kansas City where Kelce plays for the Chiefs. If they are indeed eyeing property in Ohio, there are several estates that would suit this A-list couple perfectly.

One such estate is Roundwood Manor in Hunting Valley, a 55,000-square-foot Colonial Revival mansion built in the 1920s for railroad magnates. Listed at $3.45 million, it features hand-carved wood paneling, imported Dutch tilework, and a double-height entrance hall with a stained-glass skylight. The estate has 14 bedrooms, nine fireplaces, three dining rooms, and a 60-foot indoor pool.

Alternatively, they could opt for a newly restored Gilded Age mansion in Bratenahl, which offers old-world glamour, modern ease, and stunning Lake Erie views. Listed at under $6 million, the estate features walnut and oak paneling, leaded-glass windows, and a marble-floored sunroom with an amber skylight.

While the Cleveland area's median list price is just $139,000, homes in exclusive suburbs like Hunting Valley and Bratenahl regularly top $1 million. One estate is currently asking $18 million, with several others listed between $1.75 million and $4.5 million.

Settling down in Cleveland would mark a new chapter in both Swift's and Kelce's real estate journeys, but they're hardly starting from scratch. Kelce owns multiple homes, including a $6 million Kansas City fortress and a Florida condo he picked up in 2019 for $355,000. Swift, meanwhile, maintains an estimated $150 million real estate portfolio, including a $17.75 million Rhode Island beachfront estate and multiple homes in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles.
