n Tempe, a new logistics hub is taking shape as Creation, a Phoenix-based real estate development and investment firm, breaks ground on Source Logistics Center. This 144,000-square-foot facility will sit on 15 acres at the southeast corner of Hardy Drive and Warner Road, with an expected completion date in mid-2026.

The site boasts impressive features, including 32-foot clear heights, six acres of adjacent yard space for parking and storage, and rail connectivity for tenants. At a recent groundbreaking event, Creation's partners, investors, and city officials came together to celebrate the project's launch.

In addition to the logistics center, Creation also made a $25,000 donation to Lily's Pad, a local indoor playground facility catering to immunocompromised children and their siblings. This gesture reflects the company's commitment to giving back to the community it serves.

According to Grant Kingdon, principal of Mountain West Region at Creation, the Source Logistics Center represents a significant investment in Tempe's industrial landscape. "We're proud to deliver modern, infill industrial space in areas with high barriers to entry," he said. "Tempe's strong demographics and limited land availability make it an ideal location for logistics and light manufacturing facilities."
