Meanwhile, Tempus AI is taking over 39,565 square feet on the 17th floor of the building, marking another significant lease in Midtown South. According to SL Green leasing director Steven Durels, this deal highlights the area's growing demand for office space. The company will relocate from its current location at the Helmsley Building.
11 Madison Ave boasts a high occupancy rate of 93%, with prominent tenants like Pinterest, UBS, and SONY Music occupying large spaces within the building. However, the terms of Tempus AI's lease remain undisclosed. Notably, Pinterest recently signed an 83,000 square-foot lease on the 13th floor for $90 per square foot.
