RA Experts, a franchise affiliate of ERA Real Estate, has invested in Austin-based Sprout Realty LLC. The latter will now operate as Sprout Realty ERA Powered, with the goal of accelerating its growth across northwest Texas and beyond.

    The partnership aims to expand Sprout Realty's reach while maintaining its brand identity and leadership structure. Both companies will continue to operate independently under their existing leaders. The combined firms represent 111 agents who handled 1,563 transactions and $738 million in sales volume last year.

    Sprout Realty's founder, Cody Cooper, said the partnership will help elevate the firm's brand and expand its reach locally and globally. With a strong focus on agent development and local market knowledge, Sprout Realty plans to scale its brand across northwestern Texas and beyond.

    ERA Experts' investment aligns with the firm's strategy to expand its regional footprint through partnerships with like-minded brokerages. Matt Menard, ERA Experts' broker/owner, said the partnership will enable them to rapidly expand their reach in the Austin market and beyond.

    Greg Young, another ERA Experts broker/owner, noted that Sprout Realty's team is well-positioned to serve a growing segment of first-time homebuyers due to their age and energy. With access to ERA's business-building tools and technology, Sprout Realty's agents will be equipped to elevate their businesses and tap into ERA's collaborative network.
