Dallas‑based NTREIS and Houston‑based HAR.com have teamed up, giving their combined 100,000+ subscribers extensive listings visibility. The partnership is part of a broader trend where MLSs and Realtor associations collaborate to strengthen the residential market.

HAR.com’s data‑sharing deal with NTREIS is now live, expanding the Houston MLS’s reach to over 80 % of Texas listings. Earlier this year, HAR.com also joined forces with Unlock MLS in Austin and the San Antonio Board of Realtors (now LERA MLS). Together, these three MLSs covered roughly 60 % of the state; adding NTREIS pushes coverage past 80 %. “HAR.com is the only Texas MLS linked with three other systems, giving our members unmatched statewide exposure,” said Chairman Mario Arraiga. “These agreements show our dedication to equipping agents with the tools they need to compete and serve clients better.”

NTREIS, which appointed a new CEO in June, has been expanding its network. It recently welcomed the Waco Association of Realtors as a shareholder, becoming the 16th Realtor‑owned partner in its 53,000‑member system.

In Florida, Stellar MLS earned its fourth consecutive Central Florida Top Workplace award from the Orlando Sentinel Media Group. The honor, based on employee surveys and workplace culture, underscores the agency’s focus on a supportive environment. “This recognition reflects Stellar’s commitment to a culture where staff feel valued and empowered,” CEO Merri Jo Cowen said. “Our culture is the foundation of our service to teams, clients, shareholders, and communities.”
