he Children's Place (PLCE) has appointed Philip Ende as GVP, Head of Real Estate, effective November 11, 2024. Ende joins from Ende Real Estate Advisors, where he served as President and Founder, after spending over 27 years at Simon Property Group in various roles, including Senior Vice President – Leasing Premium Outlets. He will report to President and Interim CEO Muhammad Umair and focus on strengthening landlord relationships and driving investment in the real estate portfolio.
This appointment aligns with the company's renewed focus on stores as a critical component of their omni-channel strategy. Ende brings extensive experience in the real estate industry, which will be instrumental in enhancing The Children's Place's retail presence and driving continued growth.
