am O'Bryant, a seasoned real estate coach and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience, has joined The Real Brokerage. She will lead a new team serving the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

    O'Bryant is known for her expertise in systems, business development, and leadership coaching. Her impressive background includes launching Keller Williams' San Antonio office in 1997 and leading one of its most profitable market centers in the Mid-Atlantic. She also contributed to the company's U.K. expansion and earned a spot in Keller Williams' International Master Faculty.

    O'Bryant recently founded Real Estate on Purpose, which provides coaching, marketing support, and transaction management for agents. Under the Real brand, she plans to grow her team to 10 agents by year-end.

    In addition to her leadership roles, O'Bryant runs VirtualRealEstateTrainer.com, a training platform for agents, and has co-authored "What to Do! A Real Estate Agent's Gospel" and contributed to "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent."
