n April 10, 2025, Platinum Luxury Auctions will offer three new oceanside homes for sale at a luxury auction. In partnership with Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast, the Miami-based auction house is bringing these multimillion-dollar properties to market. The listing agent of record is Beau Blankenship, a top-producing luxury sales agent in the area.
Each property was previously listed for $6 million or more but will now be sold without reserve to the highest bidder. Following the sale of the first property, the seller has the option to also sell the second and/or third properties without reserve, based on the preferences cited by bidders during registration. The order in which the properties are sold will also be determined by these preferences.
This three-property offering marks Platinum's return to the 30A market after a successful luxury auction sale in Santa Rosa Beach last June. "The seller is an experienced developer who understands the value of expeditious, non-contingent sales," says Trayor Lesnock, founder and president of Platinum Luxury Auctions. Each of the three beach homes was completed in 2024 and can be used as private residences or high-end rental properties, given the area's demand for vacation rentals. The Inlet Beach home sleeps up to 24 guests, while each of the Santa Rosa homes sleeps up to 16 guests.
