anton, MA – Timberline Construction Corp. has finished the 11,000‑square‑foot Titleist Performance Center on Manchester Lane, a cutting‑edge research and testing hub for Acushnet, the global leader in golf performance equipment and parent of Titleist.

    The building serves as an R&D lab and fitting venue for pros and elite amateurs. Inside, simulator bays use proprietary pressure‑plate flooring to record and analyze player data. It also includes an indoor putting green, fitness and recovery suites, lounges, and collaborative spaces. Externally, metal panels and glazed doors connect the building to the practice greens.

    Timberline’s success hinged on an eight‑month preconstruction phase, collaborating with Acushnet and designers on budgeting and value‑management. Savings were reinvested to improve the new facility and a neighboring building. Infrastructure upgrades included three‑phase power for specialized equipment and future master planning.

    The Center is a milestone for Acushnet, providing a top‑tier research and athlete hub. For Timberline, it showcases the firm’s skill in complex, advanced projects.
