egistration for BizWest's seventh annual Northern Colorado Real Estate Summit must be completed by midnight Monday to secure a spot at the event, taking place on Tuesday in Fort Collins. The summit will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Colorado State University's Lory Student Center.
Licensed real estate professionals can earn eight continuing-education credits during the conference for $20 each, purchased separately through BoLo Realtors. The registration fee is $80 and can be completed on the BizWest event website.
The summit will feature a comprehensive analysis of residential and commercial real estate trends, including forecasts for both sectors and panel discussions with top brokers. Key topics include:

* State demographer: Addressing demographic changes in Colorado and their impact on the real estate sector
* RRE Data Session: Analyzing county-by-county data on buyer trends
* Growing Pains: Discussing how municipalities plan for population growth and its challenges
The event is hosted by CSU's Everitt Real Estate Center, with title sponsors including Elevations Credit Union, NAI Affinity, and Re/Max Alliance.
