The new location will be situated on the 12th floor of the Washington Trust Bank Tower West building at 717 W. Sprague, marking a significant milestone for the Boise-based company.

    As regional property manager and partner at TOK's Inland Northwest entity, Laura O'Dell is leading the charge in Spokane. With plans to staff up to 15 brokers, the office will serve as a hub for commercial real estate transactions in Eastern Washington. This expansion comes on the heels of TOK's successful launch of its Coeur d'Alene office in 2023, which has already seen significant growth and success.
