ead Real Estate Co., Ltd, a Japanese developer of luxury residential properties, is planning to construct an extended stay hotel in Tokyo's Tsukiji district. The 8-room ENT TERRACE Tsukiji 6 Chome will be built on a 1,016 square foot land area and have 9 floors above ground, with a total building area of 6,698 square feet. The company owns the lot and plans to start construction once a buyer is found.

    Tsukiji district has undergone significant changes since its days as the world's largest fish market. Today, it's a foodie paradise with numerous high-end restaurants. The area is also close to the Tsukiji District Community Development Project, a massive urban redevelopment initiative by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This project aims to transform the area into a "waterfront city" that showcases Tokyo's culture and history.

    The development project involves 11 companies, including Mitsui Real Estate and Toyota Automobile, and will feature a multifunctional facility capable of accommodating approximately 50,000 people. The total construction cost is estimated at $600 million.
