omlin St Cyr Real Estate Services is undergoing a leadership change as Mary Ann Porter steps down from her role as managing broker. A 40-year real estate veteran, Porter has been instrumental in the company's growth since its founding in 2015 and will remain with the firm as a broker associate.

    Under Porter's guidance, Tomlin St Cyr expanded through strategic acquisitions, including Gulf Shores Realty in Venice, and diversified into related services like title companies, insurance agencies, and mortgage brokerages. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company's success.

    Ali St Cyr, co-owner of the company, praised Porter's dedication, saying "She has been the driving force behind our growth and success." Diana Kurtz, a nine-year veteran of Tomlin St Cyr and former Florida Realtors director, will take over as managing broker.
