1. JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa sold for $865 million. The 950-room resort was purchased by Ryman Hospitality Properties.
2. A mega warehouse in Glendale changed hands for $128.2 million. Exeter Property Group/EQT Exeter acquired the 1,156,860 SF property from WPT Capital.
3. Sundance Towne Center, a retail site with multiple tenants, sold for $101.2 million to Continental Realty Corporation.
4. The Finisterra Apartments in Tempe were purchased by Kennedy Wilson Multifamily for $96 million.
5. A 159-unit build-to-rent community in Chandler was acquired by AEW Capital Management for $66.1 million.
6. Reflections at Red Mountain, a 256-unit multifamily complex, sold to JP Morgan for $52 million.
7. The Scottsdale Centre office complex traded hands for $44.6 million, with Baseline Partners purchasing the property from MIG Real Estate.
8. Blue Cactus Logistics, a mega warehouse in Surprise, was acquired by Hillwood Investment Properties for $44.5 million.
9. A 181,655 SF industrial flex building in Chandler sold to Applied Materials for $41.2 million.
10. The Desert Cove Industrial Center in Surprise changed ownership for $36.3 million, with Cohen Asset Management purchasing the property from Evergreen Development Company.
