n the past week, Ann Arbor saw 30 residential real estate sales with an average price of $604,925 and an average price per square foot of $313. The most expensive sale was a house that sold for $2.7 million.

    Here are the top 10 most expensive sales:

    1. A single-family residence at 1389 Towsley Lane sold for $2.65 million. Built in 2000, it has 9,251 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $286.

    2. A single-family home at 2026 Geddes Avenue sold for $1.85 million. Built in 2015, it has 3,738 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $495.

    3. A condominium at 121 West Kingsley Street sold for $1.595 million. Built in 2014, it has 2,258 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $706.

    4. A single-family home at 602 Catherine Street sold for $846,000. Built in 1910, it has 2,794 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $303.

    5. A single-family house at 333 Packard Street sold for $840,000. Built in 1901, it has 2,480 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $339.

    6. A condominium at 4351 Sparrow Street sold for $770,000. Built in 2021, it has 2,752 square feet of living space and a price per square foot of $280.
